Meet the dedicated professionals behind Keyserling Group's success. Each team member brings unique expertise and a commitment to our mission of preserving and strengthening conservative cultures through strategic investments.
Kay Berg is the Chairman of the Keyserling Group, and has over 40 years involvement as a senior management executive, founder of companies and investor in several industries. She started a bio-medical device manufacturing company and was one of the founding investors and first board members of, Hemocue USA, which today, distributes medical device products in over 130 countries and is a subsidiary of Danaher (NYSE:DNR).

In the early 2000's Kay entered the energy industry and created strategic development businesses and mergers and acquisition finance projects in the oil and gas industry. These sectors included upstream exploration and production, oil services, refining, transportation and physical commodities trading.

The methods of her operations and projects have been based on a strong hierarchical leadership, with high standards for efficiency and accountability, while rooted in a discipline of traditional and moral principles. While at the same, time fostering free thought for strategy, design, action and innovation. Kay has worked with many leading organizations and professionals around the world with common values for the purposes of the specific projects.
Kay's philosophy includes a core tenant to care about the "people's value." The value that each individual has and creates is given the environment to exist to be a part of the character of our culture and it's achievements.

​Joseph Michael has worked for 30 years in finance for a wide range of private and public companies. Joseph has raised millions of dollars from hundreds of investors for new companies and has secured over 1.3 Billion dollars in term sheets and LOI's from large and mid sized public and private companies, private equity investors and banks.
​
He managed operations as the COO for several new businesses involved in many sectors of the diversified oil and gas industry.
​
In 2024, Joseph was Campaign Manager for a Republican candidate in Virginia's eighth congressional district and also supported the presidential election ticket. Since 2021, Joseph has campaigned and advocated as an activist in Virginia's elections to support conservative principles, with American Majority Action, headquartered in Purcellville, VA.
Joseph studied Government, Political Management and International Politics at George Mason University and is a writer focused on activist conservative politics, business and history.
